Despite multiple service visits at TATA Authorised service centre, the problem persists, and I am now facing significant safety risks that could potentially lead to accidents.

The vehicle exhibits a violent jerking sensation during acceleration, particularly when shifting gears. This issue has been present since last one year, and despite several attempts by authorized service centres to address it, the problem persists.

Many times, while driving, the sudden jerking caused a significant loss of acceleration, nearly resulting in a collision. This incident has raised serious concerns about the safety of this vehicle.
Given the recurring nature of this issue and the potential safety risks involved, I demand the following:
