Subject: Urgent Request for Resolution – Repeated Breakdowns of Tata Punch EV Purchased in June 2025

Dear Tata Motors Customer Support,

I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding the Tata Punch EV vehicle I purchased in June 2025 from Tata Malik Motors, Bowenpally, Hyderabad.

Since the date of purchase, the vehicle has experienced four breakdowns on public roads within a span of less than two months — specifically on July 11, July 18, August 1, and August 8, 2025, at various locations across Hyderabad. These repeated failures have caused significant inconvenience and raised serious doubts about the reliability and safety of the vehicle.

In response to these incidents, I have registered 10 complaints via your customer care helpline[protected] and contacted the dealership (Malik Motors, Bowenpally) twice. Despite these efforts, I have not received any confirmation, follow-up, or resolution from Tata Motors to date.

This lack of communication and support is deeply disappointing, especially considering the brand’s reputation and my expectations as a customer. I urge Tata Motors to take immediate action to:

Investigate the recurring breakdowns and identify the root cause.
Provide a permanent and reliable solution to prevent further incidents.
Offer a formal response and commitment regarding the next steps.
I request your urgent attention to this matter and expect a prompt resolution. Please treat this as a high-priority issue and respond at the earliest.
