Tata Motors — Tata Punch issues

Got delivery of punch car from Prerana Motors Lalbagh road, Bengaluru on 17th January 2022, of which below are the details:

After which have been facing issues with immediate effect:
 Remote locking(central locking) is not working as the trunk boot door is either not locking or sensor is having issues.
 Cabin light switch is not working due to which light is always ON irrespective of the vehicle in motion or stationary state.
 Trunk boot parcel tray rope when hanging is falling off along with the hooks onto which it is latched on.

Have made aware of these issues 17th Jan 2022 to the Prerana motors personnel (Nawaz and customer manager) but no response from them.
Getting impression that they do not care about complaints on the new vehicle from customers. There customer manager (mob no is [protected]) is not even bothering to receive the call seldom call back is out of scope. If there is a feedback on the dealer then would rate them at 3 on a scale of 10.
