Tata Motors — Tata Safari Manufacturing defect

Hi,
I have purchased the Safari XT+ model year 2021 from KHT motors.
it ran 7000 KM successfully.

On 16th Feb 2021, while driving on NH 48 from Banglore to Bijapur at speed of 70km/hr, tata Safari Bonet suddenly opened and smashed on Windshield.

If the bonnet is open there is an alarm system in CAR to inform and it should not open while driving.
it got opened after 4 hrs of Drive.

I got escaped a big life threat, after this incident, I am unable to drive my car due to the fear of opening again.

Can you please let me know who is accountable for this safety issue of the car?
who is responsible for the car damage?
What's the guarantee it will not open in the future like this?
