I got my new Tata Altroz XE (Base Model) Car in end of November 2021 from Hanumangarh Tata Showroom. I contacted them to add Remote Center Locking and Rear Power window, which is with additional cost. They informed me that item will be deliver in 10-15 days.
I contacted them again in end of December, and multiple times in January. I contacted customer support in start of February 2022 and make a complaint. They contacted me to senior manager of Sri Ganganagar Showroom when he said "Rear power window is not available in Tata service center and Remote Center Locking they have ordered it and it's in transit which will deliver in 5-7 days"
Yesterday i contacted them again and now they said "Items is already showing in transit in their software but they don't know when it will delivery, it can take 1 day or 10 days or 15 days"

It's around 3 month when i ordered the item but still item is not delivered and not exact status when it will be deliver.

    I am really disappointed with the TATA customer service.

    I have booked TATA Tiago NRG on 8th January 2022 and still I didn't got any response from TATA when it will be available for delivery it's already more than 45 days.

    Could you please let me know when I can expect the delivery.

      Purchased TATA ALTROZ XZ petrol on August 2020 from ROTANA MOTORS KOZHIKODE KERALA.My Car is having mileage issue, i already reported about this to ROTANA MOTORS KOZHIKODE many times.They just updated car software and clean the Air filter (2-3 times), there's no change in car mileage. Finally ROTANA MOTORS request me to check car mileage physically by filling up the tank.l, company had promised a mileage of 19KM/L but I am getting only 9KM/L.Total kilometres completed 12875, Vehicle number KL-11-BT-0012.

        Dear Tata Motors,

        To whomsoever it may concern

        Please to bring to your notice that i am really very upset with unsatisfactory service of Tata Motors as my New car Tata Safari gold .I purchase on Jan 06 22 Safari Gold have face some technical issue while i was on highway. All mode ECO, Sport, Rough, CITY & Wet stop working suddenly so i stopped and restart the car and it work properly. Later that night around 03:42 am while I was driving automatically got pulled on right side somehow tried to controlled the car and stopped it. I called immediately the toll free number and register the complaint and very next day i went to the nearest service center at Beed and informed them about the concern and they took 1 and half days to fix the issue and they did wheel alignment but the wheel alignment was completely wrong and the car started pulling toward left due to which the car tyres are over burned.so i have to go to private mechanic to fix the issue and resolved the problem and there was huge difference in wheel alignment which was unexpected from tata motors service center.Proof for the same I have attached along with this mail. I am still facing the problem as the issue not yet resolved and my car is still getting pulled on left side. I have to travel due to which i tried fixing problem but this kinda of service is not expected from Tata Motors .
        Requesting you to kindly look into same and resolve my problem at the earliest or else i will like to claim for refund and compensation.

          My Name Mr. PankajKumar Landge. This is my experience of booking Tata Punch. It has been a terrible experience in booking India's "Safest Car", Tata Punch. I had booked a Tata Punch (Adventure RYTHM, Daytona Grey) on 13th Nov 2021, from JAIKA Motors, Civil lines, Nagpur. At the time of booking I was promised that the delivery will be done in between 8-10 weeks.

          Unfortunately it has been more then 13 weeks since then and there is still no sign of the date of allocation from Tata Motors. Even after numerous follow-ups with Jaika motors, Nagpur . they are not sure about the car's allocation from the plant. The only thing I am getting is frustration with let you know answer from dealer.

          My concerns are the following:
          1. Tata motors have been aggressively promoting Punch as the "Safest Car" but the biggest problem is that they fail in delivery commitments. Tata motors don't care about? What is the point of Prelaunch booking when they are not able to deliver it on time?
          2. It seems as if Tata Motors are only concentrating on launching new products while customer satisfaction and delivery commitments are their least priority.
          3. Is the issue with Tata Motors because they failing badly in their commitments? Why are they even making incorrect commitments at the time of booking,
          4. Dealers have been informing me that there is a widespread chip shortage. Then how were they able to sell more than 8000 units of their Tata Punch? So is it really Chip Shortage or attributes of Mismanagement?
          5. I am really worried about my decision to buy punch . Its my first car . I am very unhappy with the wrong commitment by sales person.

          Is this just a tip of iceberg? Will I face more problems when I start driving and servicing my car? I am already in a trap where I have no information regarding the delivery of my car. Had I been informed at the time of booking that my car's delivery would take 2 months I would have booked my car of some other reliable Brand

          I received an e-mail from Tata Motors on March 6 stating that your waiting number is 3rd. Then on 15th March I received another email but waiting number is 3rd. That is, no car has been delivered in the last 10 days. "Is this possible?" If the delivery is done at this speed then I don't think we will get the car for the next 3 months

            We booked tata punch at kangra showroom, Himachal Pradesh at were highly disappointed by their behaviour and services ..
            We were harrassed and forced to take another car while they gave our car to somebody else ..
            We were soo excited for this car because it was TATA's but then the way they treated us and behaved with us was highly disappointed and heartbreaking ..
            Kindly take strict action towards it ...

              My tata nexon cars vide registration no UP 80 FA6092 has geting blurry & rubbish where as metalic surface has also start to get defaced and rusty which has a serious quality concern of the vechicle. Now customer care and local dealer has start to suggest Repairng on some cost

                Dear Customer care Team,

                PUNCH on 23th Nov 2021 in SRI CHIMA CARS, at Madurai location . Not delivered till date & no updates from dealer & Tata motors.

                Dealers are saying Tata motors are not delivering the vehicle to dealers on time so we are not able to deliver the vehicle .

                Please let me know the delivery time of booking done from Tata motors to dealers

                When can i Get the update from the dealer/Tata Motors for getting my vehicle .

                I am really worried about my decision to buy punch. It's my first car. I am very unhappy with the wrong commitment by the sales person.

                I have booked Tata Punch Pure on 23rd November 2021. At the time of booking, I was given a date of the End of December. After many follow-ups since then, I have not received any clarification or any communication from the dealer and even not from the company.

                  Tata Safari 2021 XT+ Bought in Nov end 2021 was the worst decision in my life
                  Firstly the brakes failed on Chandigarh highway and I got stranded with my family(2 year and 10 yr child) for over 7 hours in the service centre midway and now the gearbox stopped working in middle of no where near Denkanikottai (Hosur). Emergency service was only able to arrange a towing vehicle after 5.5 hours, by that time I had managed to arrange my own with a lot of struggle. It was my dream car and turned out to be a nightmare. I hope TATA replaces the car with a non faulty car

                    Hi team,
                    My Nexon Diesel is having pick up issues when we are driving with 4-5 occupants. Also have issues in hill climbing. It is not smooth on 2, 3 gear and everytime I take to servicing they say there is no issue. For even small slope I have to put it in first gear. While increasing speed it pauses for few seconds and then picks up.

                      I have exchanged tata. Tiago jk01AF 0198 with Tata Nexon jk01AK 9919 but even after two years of exchange tata Tiago is running on my name I have signed transferred set with them this is unbearable and non serious attitude from Apex motors sangrama baramulla
                      If they will not be able to transfer documents in one week I will sue them

                        I booked Tata Altroz with Zedex Tata Gurgaon on 12 Nov 2021 and they promised me that i will get my car in 4 to 6 weeks as that was the waiting time on the car now its been 14 weeks more than twice the time they promised to deliver the car and I haven’t received it yet and it’s frustrating because sales person are always lying to you they even said it is out plant and you get it in three days. they already pushed delivery time 3 times and now today when i asked them they said we have to place a new order and you will get the by march end

                            I've booked Tata Punch ( Adv. AMT Grey) on 10 th Nov 21 from Mareena motors, Calicut and was then assured that it will be delivered within 1 month. After one month, I was told that there is a further delay of 2 weeks. Then the same reply after one month, two months and now finally three months. For each enquiry I will have to call 2-3 persons because the executive usually will not pick up the call . Now it's been 14 weeks with no satisfactory answer as to when the car will be delivered. I chose Tata because I felt I felt it was an Indian brand the the car was advertised as safe. Now I feel I've been let down. This is my first interaction with Tata company and I'm afraid the first impression is not looking good . At least the executives or the company should tell us that there is a delay of so much days clearly from the beginning rather than avoiding my calls and saying that it will be delivered in one week or two, everytime I call .

                              I was very happy when I was booked my first car with tata motors.
                              I have selected Tata only considering the Indian Brand and Build quality.
                              But after booking the car I am very disappointed that I haven't received any update from Tata Dealer.
                              I have booked my car on 21th Dec 2021 and Dealer asked me your car will be delivered in month of February, but now dealer telling me car will be delivered in ending April.

                                Hello Sir. I have purchased Altroz in Feb 2020. My started getting rust on all 5 doors in the very first year. I gave it to repair at Naval Motors Mathura. But it came back within 3 odd months. Now I am worrying that it goos on forever. As per my knowledge every company do the salt water testing and after that only they provide perfect material to customer. If then also if I am facing the issues then who would be responsible for this. I think I have waisted my for buying Altroz and on the other hand my friend purchased Honda amaze which older then my car but still there is no rusting problem. I look forward to get the resolution for my complaint. Please resolve it at earliest.

                                    Hi Team,
                                    I have issues on the Warranty period, where service center is conveying that the extended warranty and P2P policy is not valid anymore as you have not previously serviced your vehicle on time.
                                    Considering the Pandemic situation of Covid'19 my vehicle is not run much in between Aug 2020 to Feb[protected]kms). Prior to this my vehicle is been serviced for around 7 times.
                                    I have been asked to pay bill for the parts that are covered under warranty.

                                    I have purchased my vehicle(TN02 BL 3421) in Feb 2018 and currently it is at 16758kms.

                                    Can you please help me sort the issue and feel us to be a part TATA.

                                      Hello sir/madam
                                      I had booked a tata nexon xz+(D) white with classic Moters, Bhiwadi on 18 jan 2022, by paying booking amount of 10000 from my credit card, on the next day their sales guys ask me to make the full payment and he assure me that they will deliver the vehicle within two days after the payment. I request my bank(HDFC) to disburse the loan amount into their bank account. And bank had disbursed ₹ 11, 13, 287. and issued a delivery order. But after getting the payment dealer was not responding whenever I tried to contact they were failed to give reasonable reply.
                                      Even my EMI will start from 5 March 2022 without any car, they fooled me.
                                      Please Help me.
