Tata Motors — tata tiago car - left indicator, gear vibration, noise during reversing

I purchased the tata tiago car on 28.10.2017.
From beginning, i am facing following problems with tata tiago.
1) left indicator is not turning on even turned on through switch lever.
2) vibration on gear lever
3) when reversing the car, noise coming from car

I visited tata service center and their replies are as follows..

- tata service center informed me that they will get the software updated soon.

- apart from this, they told me that gear lever vibration is standard design problem.

- for noise during reversing, they told me that this is standard in tata tiago car.

- if such problems are already in the car, tata sales person should transparently tell this during purchase of car.

As this is my first car in my life, i was not able to identify this problems during test drive.
I am not satisfied with response of tata service.

If these problems will not be solved, i will take other actions.
