Tata Motors — Tata Tiago Xz bought on dated 14 Nov 2020 from Amritsar, Dealer Name-AG Motors

I have bought a Tata TIAGO XZ from Amritsar, Punjab Dealer name AG MOTORS for Rs. 584000/- invoice value plus Rs 22822/-insurance premium without RC on dated 14 Nov 2020. After some days i have applied for RC with dealer on 28/Nov/2020 and dealer demanded Rs 52674/- which i transefred from my Bank Account on same day to Dealer Bank Account. After receiving money they have applied for the RC with Amritsar DTO. They have called me and told me that vehicle no. has been generated and send me a RC form where all the details has been mentioned. When i checked the same on vahan portal for the RC cost. I got to know that, Dealer has only paid Rs. 41765/- to DTO which is the actual cost of the RC. When is asked the dealer to return my extra paid money i.e Rs. 10900/- approx. He does nt responded me well and also told me whatever you want. we are not gonna return your money. So i felt cheated. please look into it and please return my hard earned money.
