Tata Motors — TML HARMAN software

I took my car to TATA Tiago kL 55AH 0758 to Tirur Service centre to update the software of the Audio system. This vehicle's audio system software has not been updated by the service centre up to now. 3 yrs/60000 km is the warranty period that was told to me when I purchased the vehicle. Now they are saying that for touch, it's only one year.

Who is responsible if the touch of the audio system is not working, and why was it not updated when I took the vehicle for services (several times I have taken the vehicle for service) or should they have called me to bring the car to update the software?
Therefore, my audio system to be repaired free of cost.
