No trained staff to explain about car, fake promise, no professional talk. Before booking car talk softly after booking rude to customer. On delivery they gave damage car and after argument they replaced door. Iam totally upset on tata overall service and people behavior. They said 1st service teflon coat will be provided now they saying your wish, if you need pay and do.
Overall my experience with tata was worst and can't explain in words. Totally disappointment for me after buying tata car.
Tata car good but because of these dealers and un professional executives tata will loose their customers.
Buying car for 10l, paying rs5000 for teflon coat not big deal for me, but words what tata dealer says while booking car should be neat not fake promise and playing in words.
