My Mistake - Buying TATA veehicle
My Biggest Mistake - Buying from Venkataramana Motors, Hyderabad.
Reason - Venkataramana Motors does not have any professional sales and technical person.
Service - Every service ends up with more problem.
On 8th July 2017 - visited Venkaratamana motors Kondapur Hyderabad for third service. Delivered the vehicle with scratch at Bumper. Service manager, Pandu didnt agree.. His behavior was horrible.
One customer support lady told she will get it fixed. Yes again I visited on 10th July(Today). They just made it worse and got the vehicle delivered with lot of dirts and mud on Bonnet.
Before going to service centre the vehicle was showing Distance to Empty - 51 Km.
Took the vehicle in the evening and after coming 3 Km. It was showing Fuel End. I got stuck on the road. Thank God, got a Petrol pump nearby Kondapur and filled petrol. Either the service centre people did something wrong with Petrol or Vehicle - any one. Definitely.
The service people even dont know how to reset the Fuel efficiency meter.
After any service I dont find any difference in driving.
same problems persists. Ofcourse Now I know the reason. There is no skilled people. The people who makes the Job card are just dumb ad stupid fellows !!
Hope Tata Motors will arise and awake before marketing their vehicles.
Suggestion to TATA - Try to make good vehicles and provide Good service if you want to be in the market.
