This is with reference to a payment issue which I have been trying to get resolved via Tata Power's customer service since 16th October 2022.
My consumer # is[protected].
My bill for September was INR. 1766/-
Bill was paid on 16-October in full for the amount of INR 1766. However, by mistake the consumer # entered was incorrect. The payment was made to consumer #[protected]incorrect #) instead of[protected]correct #).
I have been trying to get this issue resolved from 16th October, however in spite of reaching out repeatedly to the Watsapp help # and the call center, no one has been able to solve the issue! And they keep sending me an overdue bill statement and reminders via calls and msgs.
I have shared all documents related to this.
1. Bank Statement till date (showing the payment made debit entry and that no refund has been received till date. Transaction was not reversed)
2. Payment was done via HDFC Netbanking
3. Payment confirmation / receipt with transaction ID
4. Payment date: 16-October
5. Registered mobile #: [protected]
Need this amount to be credited to my consumer # at the earliest and need to have this resolved please.
