Tata Power Solar — Worst After Sales Service ever

With lots of expectation for a good service from Tata Solar Power, I decided to entrust the installation of a 3 KW on - grid solar plant at my home in Thodupuzha with your company.

As Tata Power Solar does not have their office here my work was carried out by one of your dealers in the area Mr. Binoy.

He was very prompt for the installation and deceived us with his dedication but once the installation was over and we handed over his payment we began to experience his true nature and had to hear numerous lies from him in various stages after installation.

The plants installation did not pass the inspection from the state's inspection authority and in the name of inspection we had to wait for more than 50 days.

Now it has been more than 2.5 months since the solar plant has gone live and still we have not received the warranty card.

Mr.Nikhil who I beleive is a staff of yours promised to visit here and deliver the warranty card but even after waiting for more than 2.5 months he has not bothered to deliver the warranty card.

Also Mr. Binoy had told us that the inverters perfomance could be monitored through wifi, but on inspection I have now found out that the cheated us by providing us with a gprs dongle for our inverter.

This is extremely shameful service provided by your staff and dealer partners. They promise a lot and deliver absolutely nothing. This is not the kind of service I expected out of industry leader like Tata.

I expected to be contacted directly by you within the next 24 hours failing which my experience will be shared on social media.

And please dont ask me to be patient as I have waited for more than 2.5 months already for a service that I had already paid much in advance.

The absolutely dishonest and negligent behaviour of your staff and dealer partner disgusts me so much so that I feel none of your staff has been given even basic customer service training.
