At the outset I would like to inform that I have a very long association with Tata Sky. My experience with Tata this time has been bitter. have two connections of Tata Sky and I have written the consumer I'd of one connection that I am using. The subscription for the other was taken last year but could not be used as your personnel who visited us apprised that the other connection could not be used as there is no cable connection in any other rooms. So, in such case I thought that my money Rs 2600/- was safe and will get the same adjusted in my annual subscription. To my surprise when I approached for the same I was shocked to see the rude and arrogant behavior of your customer care executives. One of the executives who was dis-courteous was Mr Om and the other lady I don' t know. You may check the authenticity of my words through your call recording system. Can I have explanation as to why my unused money cannot be transferred? Isn't it unethical on part of your organization. In case you feel a loyal customer like me who has a phone connection, wi- fi connection as well as the dish connection from Tata is not liable for the transfer of funds (my unused money) from the off shoot dish connection to parent connection then please disconnect the connection as a penalty towards the brand loyalty of Tata.
