[Resolved]  Tata Sky — About renew packs of id [protected]

Sir, sanjay phalkar customer id[protected] has used your service before o5 year, i have take plan of half year ly and this renew date is 30 jan 2017. If i cannot break this plan and renew before date, Why change half yearly amount if i can not break plan and i have a old customer give answer my dought is not take apply exceed amount another any company not take excess amount if i cannot break or not renew before due date please give answer
