Dear Sir, I am Mayank chaubey consumer of tatasky which subscriber id is [protected]. All free chanels including Sudarshan news donot play on my TV screen. when i call customer care excutive about my problem he has suggested me to change setup box. I can't change my setup box because change of setup box price rs500.In my opanion change of setup box should be free because another service provider vediocon giving all free chanels including sudarshan &peace of soul chanels. if all free chanels did not start as soon as i assured change service another service provider. Give me response soonely. Thanking You.
