Tata Sky — Ac No [protected] : no Signal for last 12 days

Our two HDPVR has been closed for more than 10 days now and there seems to be no movement from TATASKY service team in this regard inspite of repeated reminder to call centre and mails being sent to you We keep getting assuring of prompt action in this regard but no one seem to be responding, this is in spite of the fact that we have four receivers as a family with us It is indeed disturbing to note the fact that a reputed organization like yours is not keen to respond or keep communication with us in this regard Most times we don’t get the call through also If this is the quality of service we will, moving forward disconnect all the four connections we have and look for those service provider who are keen to serve their customers better .
