They installed the Tata sky STB and Dish on 28/11/2021 Sunday 11am. I have paid full amount (₹1840) online at the time of booking. My account is not activated yet.Its showing activation pending.
29/11/2021: I've contacted the local service office and they requested me to pay extra 250 to activate my account (as per them my account showing in sufficient balance)
I have recharged ₹250 to my account via UPI app.
It has been three days since the installation, my account still showing Activation Pending.
Its a pathetic service from Tata sky.
As a tata company employee i never expected such a worse service from a tata group company.
I have contacted the customer care several times and they have no idea about the issue. The reply is same "please give some time, we are working towards this".
