[Resolved] Tata Sky — account amount | |||
Hello sir, I have received one otp from tata sky provided, after that i have received call from tata sky person he ask me for otp. I was told him why are asking for otp hr told me one day offer 30 days free service for tata sky bingo. I give him otp number then i got one message from tata sky ur service is activate. Then i call him he told me our technician come tomorrow and fit device but technician is not come. But my amount is deducted from account. I have call five times for customer care but they have not solved my problem. I have decided to go to consumer court or stop tata sky service. Was this information helpful? | |||
