[Resolved] Tata Sky — Account deactivated after the payment

On 4th April we have registered complaint stating that our account I'd deactivated after the payment. Several agents have disconnected our calls without any resolution at last we decided to close the subscription. One of the agent from complain desk called bhanu contacted and convinced not to cancel and he will be sending an engineer free. Only if there is metal replaced we need to pay. Which was agreed. Now again after the visit of engineer it does not work and account has been deactivated when trying to contacts agent like sandhya and Shivam Kumar disconnected the call
