On 12th April 2023, I recharged my tataplay binge of Rs 949 but still it was shown deactivated. So i recharged my account again of Rs740 thinking that itll work this time but still it was shown deactivated. So I called the customer care number and they assured me that itll be resolved within two hours. For the past 7 days Ive been calling them everyday thinking they will resolve the problem but the only thing that I got in return was false promises saying itll be resolved. Today is the 20th of April 2023 and still Im not able to view any of the channels nor the OTT. Kindly help me with this issue.
