Sir,

I had recharged my above ac. on 14.04.2016 and all the programmes were coming fine. but from 16.04.2016 onwards there was no display at all. I complained to your customer care and also called up Bangalore office to lodge the complaint. but todate nothing has been done. on the contrary, on 14.04.2016 I get a message informing me that my next recharge date is 14.05.2016. isn't this ridiculous? I am your customer for more than 20 years and I don't think I should have such problems.

hence, I request that the problem be set right as early as possible failing which, I will have to look for other options.

I think you should follow-up with Tata Sky customer support. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected].They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter, compensate for the days you were unable to view television and resolve your issue.
