Tata Sky — Activation not done because installer has not done recharge | |||
Hi Tata Sky Team, I have taken connection yesterday[protected], but the activation is not done till now, around 24 hours. I called customer care 3-4 times, every time they told it will be activated within two hours, but no use. When I called today morning[protected] executive told me that the installer has not give the details of installation and have not done the recharge, I have paid the installation guy 1550 rupees already. The Installation guy was asking for extra money other that tata sky fees, as a KHUSHALI and I refused, might be he has taken it personally, otherwise it will not take one day to installer to make the recharge and provide details to Tata Sky Service Centre. Why installer is asking extra money when he get salary from tata sky.
