Tata Sky — Activation of Active Smart Game

Sir, inform you that I have recharged my tata sky with Rs.351 today morning and as on 04.08.15 the balance is Rs.387 in my ID [protected] till 22.09.15. After a few time a sms came to me and stating that Monthly Active Smart Games has been activated in my ID and debited Rs.1.49. Also added that monthly rent is Rs.289 including Rs.49 for Active Game instead of month rent of Rs.240. When no phone call is made to customer care for the said matter how can it be possible to activate. My aged mother only see Bengali programme. Therefore you are requested to take necessary step for deactivation of Active Smart Game and refund my balance and if any debit is made further.
