Tata Sky — Activation of binge zee5 starter without my permission

Tataplay has activated binge zee5 starter
without myermission and a summ of Rs 59 deducted from my subscription balance ammount.I strongly object to this Tataplay unilateral action.
How can they touch my account balance without my permission.
Pl deactivate the above zee 5 starter and refund the amount to my account imnediately.
