Tata Sky — Activation of Package without Acknowledgement | |||
I have dropped the below mail to TATA SKY on September 1, 2015 and i am still awaiting for a reply. I have re-dropped the mail twice to the nodal officer as well. I am raising a concern regarding falsely charging me for the Premiere HD packs. As per earlier conversation with your executive I had already explained the situation that I had received a call from your Customer Care person on 13/7/2015 (around Evening time) on my registered Mobile No. regarding a request for Activation of STAR WORLD PREMIERE & HBO PREMIUM CHANNELS, he said it will be free for the first month and then the monthly charges will be applicable. Hearing him out i flatly refused for the service, since i was happy with my current Package, again I received the same call on my registered number for the same Request which again i refused. The following day the Customer care person gave a call at my alternate number for the Activation of the Premium channels. My Mom had picked up the call, she didint understood what he was trying to say and disconnected the call after which your executive took it as a yes and activated the Premium Channels. Now I have a few Queries for which I want to the point answer. 1. When I had flatly refused for the premium channels twice from the registered mobile number, Why was the need of calling the alternate number and reconfirming it? 2. Why wasn't I informed on my Registered Mobile Number after the Activation of the services? 3. When will I get refunded back the amount which got deducted due to the Premium Channels? I also want to raise a concern on 100 Rs deducted from my TATA SKY a/c saying (Hdlg Chrgs of SLNB 28 Aug 2015). May i know the reason for the same. Being a Loyal Customer of your Brand I am pretty Disappointed by this approach of yours. I would like you to Escalate the above request and revert as soon as possible otherwise i will have to report to the Consumer Court for the Same.
