Dear Concern,
I am a very old customer of tata sky with subscription id [protected]. Today i have recharged this subscriber id for next 6 month. After that i got a message stating that they have activated daily active music channel on my subscriber id, without my request. When enquired on customer care toll free number they are unable to give any satisfactory answer and stated that this cant be deactivated before 90 days. The same thing happened to me last time also when i recharged it in month of November'14, although same was deactivated immediately when i complained to customer care executive. Now i want to know that how can these people activate any channel without customer request, please forward my concern and complaint to tata sky and ask for immediate solution. Why should i pay for anything extra for which i have even not made a request. This time i am very serious and if a proper solution is not provided then i will definitely lodge a case in consumer court for this matter.
