Tata Sky — Activation of the package which is not requested at all

My Subscriber ID is [protected]. I received call from [protected] at 14:02 hours on registered mobile number [protected]. Despite my repeated refusal your customer care officer activated package which is not required at all to me. I received message regarding activation in my registered number. Please check the matter and deactivate and resettle my account as it is total malpractice and deceive to the consumers. May I also request to take appropriate against such officer who does not care the request of the customers.
