Tata Sky — add packages without confirmation o[censored]ser

I hav tata sky Connection since 2007. My tata sky customer id number is [protected].Tatasky agent approach me for add vaidik maths but I refused this package . they add vaidik math package on 1 April without my confirmation. I was trying to explain this issue to their customer care but they didnt solve my problem. I hope you this will help solve my problem
