Tata Sky — added channels not being discontinued | |
Hi,
My consumer no is : [protected].
On 17th March HBO pack had been added which I wanted to be discontinued. I was informed that this can happen only on 17th April. When i tried doing this on 17th April I am being asked to register cancellation request on 27th April through tata sky helpline . This is very frustrating as I have to keep track so that I am not charged for next cycle as well which happened in last month.
I am disappointed with this service in which I keep loosing money for channels which i don't watch and also peace of mind.
If this recurs I will not hesitate to take other service provider service as I expect some courtesy, discipline and basic norms to be followed for customer which is missing in Tata sky.Also I will share this with my friend circle on social media so that they also don't undergo same harassment through tata sky team.
