Tata Sky — Added extra services last 3 years

So many services added by this company. They added extra services many times to my pack without confirmation . they are doing this last three years . sometimes they call to my mother that is alternative no and make her fool . she always reply jaisa chal RHA hai vo hi chalne do kuch change mat kro but they are saying this reply confirm you are agreed to add this service . this they did only one time rest of time they add without confirmation . they newer like to call register no. I want all call recording that they did on my mother no and NY no during adding extra services . If I called to customer care they are lying and not want to listen anything Please help as my mother lives in village and frustrated to pay them extra money.
