Tata Sky — Addition of HD channels without approval and deducting in annual subscription

Dear sir / madam My subscriber number in tatasky is [protected]. We have paid annual subscription and our subscription is valid upto November 2015. Two months back, Suddenly they have added HD channel packs to our regular pack without approval and started sending that your money is due. We have approached the dealer and he said that you forego these msgs. Need not pay any amount. Your validity Is till November 2015. But now our connection has been disconnected ( July 2015 )saying your subscortion amount is zero. We have lost 6 months subscription ( Rs 900 ). Pl take up with tatasky and arrange to revive the subscription.
