Tata Sky — Additional channel charged without conscent

Dear Sir, I have been a regular consumer of tata ky d2h service since long.My consumer ID is [protected].. yesterday I received a call from your service center regarding of additional channel . As I am comfortable with my pack I need no more channel hence I did not allow him to add any channel more. . But after a few minute I got message on my mobile about rupees 50/ (Fifty) subtracted from my account for English movie(341) and English entertainment channel (201).
