I have requested tata sky last year feb 2018 to kept the multi tv connection under hold and accordingly it was kept under hold. Later, in the month of nov 2018, i have recharged my account and without my permission tata sky has activated multi tv connection and collected monthly charges from nov 2018 to till date. Further, i have activated for star sports hd and tata sky has charged for both star sports hd & start sports from nov 2018 to till date.
Please do the needful.
