Tata Sky — additional connection charges being charged since july 2018 | |||
I had shifted in june to indore and did not intall the add on connection but have been charged for the same unnecessarily since last 7 months and why is the company looting the employee though as tata as a group i know is really honest and customer friendly really feel cheated after being a loyal customer since 11 years. I ahve shifted to indore and only got the primary box installed and had asked the visiting person to discontinue the add on connection but even after that for the last 7 months i have been charged. Though you can check your records that the add on connection was never installed still charges have been levied. I had recently again raised a complaint at call centre but no resolution and charges are still being levied which i checked today when i was changing my subscription plan.
