Hi,

it is very big issue with Tata sky services. he joined additional package without information. it is not first time and when called to Tata sky service center he say only, it is provide on your require but never give proof which one say for add additional package. it is very big and valuable company and services also good quality but it is a very big issue and customer loosed his money due to add wrong package without information.

I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that they can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter, drop the package and reimburse any additional amount deducted.
