[Resolved] Tata Sky — agents take money for 1 year subscription but does not recharge | |||
I have taken a new TATASKY CONNECTION ON JULY 2017.I HAVE CALLED THE TATASKY CUSTOMER CARE FOR THE NEW CONNECTION AND WITHIN THE SAME DAY I GOT MY CONNECTION AND INSTALLED.THE ENGINEER NAMED ANJI INSTALLED AND HE ALSO TOOK MONEY FOR 1 YEAR SUBSCRIPTION. BUT FROM THAT TIME HE HAS BEEN DODGING BY RECHARGING ONLY FOR R. S 100...I USED TO CALL HIM WHENEVER THE CONNECTION IS DEACTIVATED...HE WILL PROMISE ME TO DO THE RECHARGE FOR 1 YEAR BUT WILL DO FOR 100..I HAVE RAISED A COMPLAINT WITH TATASKY AND THE COMPLAINT #12IMY5FZ My Tata Sky ID [protected]. Got a call from TATASKY AND SAID THAT AGENT IS NOT WITH TATA .this is not acceptable from such a big organization
