Tata Sky — All channels not working

I have a tata sky hd connection which is active since more than 2 yrs. Recently i've been facing this issue with certain channels not working. I tried reaching your customer service. The first time i spoke to a representative at 7:45 pm where he asked me to do a master reset while i was doing the process he cut the line. The second instance i got another representative who put me on hold and went blank. I kept saying hello with no response. Hence i cut the line. Again i called where i got connected but no response as if the representative took my call but put me on mute. Not sure is this the case with everyone. I always thought ts was a good service provider but today's experience was a disappointment. Please arrange for a call back or an engineer coming to my place to check the issue. Else i might rethink off continuing with you services.

I have been trying to contact Tatasky since 22nd April. I have made nothing less then 25 call spoke to almost all the customer care executives as well as their seniors. I have not been getting any signal. work orders have been scheduled which have lapsed still no technician has visited my home. All I can say is Tatasky services sucks.

Yes, I have been facing the same problem of no signal. I had contacted Tata Sky on 28th April 2016, and they said someone will call in 2 hours. No one called, they didn't even register the complaint.

On 29th April I called and my WO #OIH87ZR. The technician came and found that the set top box is not working. He said someone will come tomorrow and change the box. That was a Friday. So from 27th to 1st May no service.

On 2nd May, I get the replacement box but the card and the box is not matched so NO SIGNAL AGAIN.
What was the point in sending the box when the card that is required to activate the channel is mismatched?

The technician's job is done, he makes me sign the job sheet and he goes away. It is the back office technician's job now. I was told in 4 hours it will be activated.

After 5 hours when I call the customer service, the executive is clueless. I get transferred to another person who tells me how the processing works?

Why do I care how the card and the set top box works? I want to watch TV. No response, we will look into it, wait for half an hour that was the response I got.

So whenever these people decide to work, I will get the channels and then for this 3rd grade service I have to pay Rs. 900/-.

And after I post this, it will be marked resolved and no one cares. If you look at the Tata sky's website there is no forum to leave any comment or give a written complaint. They just don't want to hear complaints. And all the calls are recorded when we call Customer service?

Who listens to these complaint calls? Clearly we call know the answer.
