I hereby inform you that i have complaint with your helpline no. from last 9 month for extra/HD pack closed which is open without my authority. i have all ready complaint with your customer care executive many time . but there is no response from your side.

Now I want to closed all extra/HD open pack. I want only my main pack.

kindly inform me and take necessary action on our executive which is registered my complaint and no response.
