On 16 Nov’2021 – I tried to Do Tata Sky Recharge Through BHIM Mobile APP.
First 2 Transactions I did & it Was Declined. But the Amount Debited from My SBI Bank Account. Transaction Details Screenshot Enclosed for Your Reference.

I Raised Complaint on 22 Nov’2021 to SBI Through SBI Customer Care.
SBI Customer Care Confirmed Through Email – “Both The Transaction got Credited to Merchant Account “– Mail Enclosed For Your Reference.
I Raised Complaint to BHIM – “Confirmed Amount Credited to Merchant Account”- Message Screen Shot Enclosed for Your Reference.
Lot Of Times Discussed With Tata Sky – Help Desk Team – First of all They Not Understand & Not Gone through My Mails.
Simply Telling Check With My Bank – Already Bank Communications Shared – But they Not Referring My Mails.
