[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Amount debited for hd offer without intimation although paid it & not reversed in my account

My subscriber id of tata sky [protected] recently i replaced secondary sd box to hd & paid 1000 inr like what ever required for up-gradation later on done temporary suspension but tata sky fellow debited 399 inr for hd offer without intimation, furthur called several times customer care but the amount been not reversed in my account.
