I noticed work order 1nx17niz has been closed without my approval/consent i. E. Self generated the service no. Needed for closing the order. The fs (Field service) vikram team has taken my digicard to their local hyderabad office and has processed the wo as completed (Self generated the service no. Needed for closing the order). Below is the sequence of events:

[protected] saturday, ~11:00 hrs: received a call from a lady who might be part of service center team for the work order 1nx17niz feedback. I replied to the lady saying that the issue is not yet resolved and the fs team has promised to visit today for troubleshooting again.

[protected] saturday, ~18:20 hrs: upon waiting for the fs team to visit my premises for the whole day, i finally messaged mr. Vikram to give me an eta for the resolution. Mr. Vikram informed me verbally that they will configure their personal hd stb box with their own account/digicard for time being.

I havent agreed to the closure of the workorder no. As it dint re-solve my issue.

But fs (Field service) team has committed fraud i. E. Changed the workorder 1nx17niz to 'complete' by self generating the service no. Needed for closing the order.
Thereby, bypassing the customer in giving them the sr no. For approval/consent for closing the ticket. (The fs team mr. Vikram possessed my digicard. It has been with the fs team since thursday as they have taken my digicard for troubleshooting purpose.) and in-addtion tatasky charged me with 700rs for incomplete work done by the tatasky team.

Bottom line, i dint approve for wo 1nx17niz to be closed as i'm still unable to view tatasky services and features as on date. Hence, wo 1nx17niz has to be re-opened by tatasky and the handling charges amount rs700 needs to be refunded. Snapshot attached.

How did tatasky close wo 1nx17niz by self generating the service no. Needed for closing the order and without customer approval/consent/permission.???

If this is the case, how will i know the wo status if the fs team is changing it to complete without my consent? Status updates don't come to my registered mobile no. As well.

Pls. subsribe to Consumer Complaints and the submit a complaint. Only then TataSky will respond if your lucky enough.
TataSky has degraded its quality of service as i too was a customer since 10years. Finally, i cancelled my account i.e. i discontinued TataSky today as there is unauthorised access to your account and deducting money from your account. Kindly realise the same or i hope they resolve your request.
I bought a Tata Sky Remote but they are not providing me the bill. If I buy a product then I should get the printed bill.

The Customer Care Team Mr. Nikhil contacted me but the issue was NOT RESOLVED as FS Team Service Manger Mr. Subhash failed(disconnecting calls) to attend the conference call. Thereby, failed to furnish his narrative on the alleged closure of WO 1NX17NIZ without my (customer's) approval and consent.
The FS Team and Supervisor Mr. Vikram self-generated the SR no. at their local office (#Tarnaka Hyderabad) by misusing my TataSky digicard which is in their possession and moved the WorkOrder 1NX17NIZ state to complete.
I had no signal i.e. the issue was not resolved but I had been charged Rs700 for handling charges. And I found out the WO 1NX17NIZ was closed.

In case TataSky Team fails to respond on this WO 1NX17NIZ (unauthorized closure) within 24hours from the date of this post, I would be forced to:
1. Ask my lawyers to file a consumer complaint against you for gross negligence, and deficient service, as well as additional compensation for mental agony and legal costs.
2. Ask my lawyers to consider the filing of a civil suit against your organization.

I hope that I do not have to take these steps and look forward to an amicable resolution of this issue.
