[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Amount Deducted

I have raised querry for Tata sky connection relocation through customer care and one technical person visit to my address for relocation but technician told me no need to relocate they just fixed the wired from one window to another window and my problem solved and i asked to technician is it free service or paid he told me no i didnt work for relocation so you dnt have to pay the amount. But after one day the amount has dedudcted from my tata sky account. I have raised complaint to tata sky toll free no and the tata sky customer executive told me your complaint has notdown and it will be solved within three days. Again i called to customer care and some other executive told me you didnt raised any complained bcz my system not showing any complained and again i repeat the same thing and they book my complained and after one day tata sky executive called me for the same concern and i repeat the same and he told me next day your querry will be resolved and after one day i called the tata sky the executibe told me no your querry has no action and its at same level and again he told me i raised your querry. I am very distured my amount has not credit in my tata sky account and very harrasing and unprofession behaviour show by tata sky executive.
