[Resolved] Tata Sky — annoying and cheat services | |||
I have been using tata sky from last 4 months and probably 3 months back i relocated in same society but in another building, in 1 month time the tatasky dish antenna fallen twice due to heavy wind, which was never fallen in 3.5 years, but the reason behind it that tata sky is using plastic cable to fix the antenna which can't take the load, first time it's fallen and i paid rs500 now again its fallen and the technician demanded rs.300 to fix it, when i denied paying it (As i was suggested by the cc executive) the technician simply left saying someone will come in an hour to fix it again as i have to go on another call but nobody came to fix it. Then again i had to call cc and they arranged another technician next day, now this technician is saying that you have to buy the new dish as its bent and you have to buy the new mount aswell to make the permanent fix. I again called the cc to complaint that why should i pay for your mistakes if it keeps falling every now and then and they kept repeating only one thing that we understand it sir but you don't worry we will see to it. Finally it got installed next day and they simply sent me an sms stating that work completed is rs.650. So end of the day for tata sky technicians mistakes or deliberately done job (So they can cheat the customer and charge them either way) i have to suffer. If i would have agreed to pay in cash then the charges were only 300 and no replacement was required but i decided to call the customer care so they simply cheated me other way round. Customer support is so scripted that they keep repeating the same crap for all your complaints and they keep saying we are not authorized. My question is that who is authorized and how can anyone reach them??? Its very simple that i am feeling cheated and i will not continue with tata sky and instead i would opt some other services if my money is not being paid back to me on priority.
