[Resolved] Tata Sky — annual my 99 tamil apr18 pack cancelled by tatasky | |||
I recharged my TataSky with Annual My 99 Tamil Apr18 pack by paying Annual amount around 1800.00 Rs on November 2018. Recharged successfully and I got the validity upto November 2019. On 24-Mar-2018 TataSky Cancelled my Annual subscription by saying TRAI changed the price so we are cancelling your package. But I already paid for year so TakaSky should not cancel this package for customers who already paid in advance. Could you please help to resolve this issue. Verified Support Mar 26, 2019 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, we understand your concern. LDP packs for new and existing subscribers are being discontinued in compliance with the new regulation on pricing. You will be migrated to a new monthly plan with your balance being adjusted. You can choose your channels & packs that best-fits your viewing requirements on www.mytatasky.com. Let us assure you the same regulation is applicable for all DTH and Cable operators.
