[Resolved] Tata Sky — annual package changes | |||
Respected sir, I had activated annual pack subscription on tata sky on dec 2018. Sub id [protected] After trai regulation on channel charges. Tata sky forcefully cancelled my annual package on 23rd march 2019 and activated some package without my permission. It's been noticed that cause me loss as compare to my annual package subscription. As per my understanding (According to trai regulations):- 1) i have the choice to continue annual package till contracted period. 2) service provider should give me the option of whether to continue the package till contracted period or not 3) consumers should not be facing loss because of the trai regulations It seems tata sky (Service provider) has violated all these provision and they are not helping me with there helpline number. As per TRAI direction, following the new Tariff order, service providers will migrate their customers to the best fit plan carrying their key current channels. This process is being done in a phased manner every day to migrate the millions of customers by the 31st March. Each customer has the option of changing their channels and packs at any point in time, before or after the migration.
