[Resolved] Tata Sky — annual package, customer id [protected] | |||||
We had changed our package on june 6th 2018 in discussion with call center agent. However, unknown to us, he neither changed our changed our package, but also, changed our payment method from annual to monthly. We came to know all this when on dec 2nd 2018 we were informed that our payment had got exhausted and our connection would be disconnected immediately. Since then we have been talking to tata sky agents and supervisors every day, and sending mails to nodal officer, but there is no response. To cap it all, we were shocked when the call centre people told us today that there is no complaint in their system from my side! Is it not height of cheating, fraud and crookedness on the part of tata sky executives? They are harassing customers and spoiling the name of ratan tata and tata group.
