Tata Sky — Annual recharge issue for id [protected] | |||
I opt for annual subscription on 22nd Feb 2016 & paid INR 6690. My last year subscription was end on 21 Feb 2016. As a premium customer i was expecting a good service from TATA SKY without any huddles. I received call from Tata Sky customer care from different numbers around 15 Feb 2016 to recharge Tata Sky account. I conveyed them that i'll going to recharge my account on 22nd Feb 2016, & I have done it on the same day From last 4-5 days i am receiving calls from different numbers saying Tata sky customer care that you need to recharge with some more amount to continue the same pack service. However, i paid my annual recharge on time & said date Customer care executive saying that every customer has to call Tata sky to confirm about payment as a process. However, this process is unexceptionable & they are deducting INR 38 per day from my amount. It is just a 420 to there customers. i was expecting these kind of small issues may not impact premium customers relationship, but i was wrong.
