Tata Sky — Annual Subscription taken but service not providing

We pay for annual subscription of Tatasky. But it will stop after six months. Because they had provide us two Channels without our permission. Secondly in the month of March I was told from your Customer Care that these two channel will be off from 16th April onward. But it was also a false commitment. I shall change my customership if I get these cheating activities.
