[Resolved] Tata Sky — arbitrary cutting off of service before expiry date and non transparency on tariff paid | |||||
The entire online complain system from tata sky to trai is so cumbersome, it looks like the system is organised in collusion with the ministry to prevent consumers making complaints. There are no emails ids provided where one can send simple emails about the nature of complaints but the online system seems deliberately designed to intimidate and harass consumers from making complaints. There are no other avenuse than inline complaints the systems seems designed for exclusion. How does one complain is the starting point!!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
