Tata Sky — Asking Annual Charges Wrongly | |||||
I am having a Cable DTH TV connection of Tata Sky My Subscriber ID for Tata Ksy is [protected]. I had transfered Rs. 7440.00 on 03/09/2015 to tata sky fro annual channel package including dhamal mix plan for Rs. 2640.00, Multi tv annual pckage for Rs. 2420.00, HD access annual package for Rs. 1500.00 & English movie channel annual package for Rs. 720.00 after confirming tata sky person of customer care helpline. at that time tatasky person had told me that now your annual package has been booked & you have no need to give further amount or any price increase during the year. But from 7 to 8 days tata sky persons are calling me and asking for further amount to book my annual packege plan due to price increase in all package. I had opposed it and i told that please stop my subscription and give my money deposited in your account . but they are not ready to stop my subscription and refund my money which is already given to tata sky. please help us. I had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you and provide appropriate resolution.
